*To qualify for this offer, the referring friend must be a current Belmont
Savings Bank customer; the new referred customer must present the completed referral slip and apply
for online banking or a debit card when they open their new Belmont Savings Bank checking account.
$50 cash will be paid to the new referred customer after all qualifications have been met.
A $50 bank check will be sent to the referring friend within 3 to 5 business days after
the new referred customer has opened the qualifying account. The Bank will send a thank
you letter along with the $50 payment to the referring friend acknowledging that you
have participated in the Refer A Friend program. The Bank will not share any account
information to any parties other than what is stated in the Bank's Customer Privacy Agreement.
The new referred customer acknowledges that payment of the $50 to the referring friend by
the Bank could result in the referring customer being aware that they have opened a new
Belmont Savings Bank account and releases the Bank from any associated responsibility or
liability from this action. Employees of Belmont Savings Bank are not eligible to participate
