Deposit Operations Manager
An exciting opportunity is available at Belmont Savings Bank for a Deposit Operations Manager.
Primary duties include working closely with the Deposit Operations Officer in supervising
and supporting the daily activities of a staff of five and having the ability to expertly
perform all department functions during staff absences. The individual filling this
position will have strong diplomacy, negotiation and written and oral communications
skills and be able to use these skills to foster and maintain positive and successful
working relationships with department team members as well as employees at all levels
within the organization.
Prior supervisory and mentoring experience in a bank operations setting
with expert knowledge of the following functions: ACH, ATM/Debit Card and
Electronic Banking. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills
are required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office is a must.
Working knowledge of the OSI Banking system is a plus

Systems Administrator
Under the direction of the Vice President / Information Systems Officer, responsible
for the ongoing maintenance of networks (LAN / WAN), servers, software applications,
workstations, printers and data security systems, while providing users with a high level
of service and adhering to established information technology policies and practices.
This position requires familiarity with established security standards in a regulated
environment and is responsible for ensuring that all daily technology operations are
in compliance with established policies and procedures, including documentation of same.
Experience with banking applications, teller and platform automation is preferred,
as well as familiarity with network communications devices, PC hardware, software applications,
networked workstations and e-mail applications.
College degree with emphasis on computer information systems or equivalent education is required.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
